Missouri River Flats

Me and the kids are enjoying our place. Its starting to feel like home. Sometimes parking can be difficult but i really dont have much complaints. I love how quick maintenance is when I put in a request on solving certain issues. I feel like some of my complaints isnt really the building but more so when people leave doors cracked and stuff which would allow for people to sneak in but lately I havent really seen much of that. I would suggest maybe a camera by the mailboxes if there arent any due to some packages ending up getting taking. Im not sure what day people come to clean but at times there ends up being dirt on the walls and stuff that need cleaning but I dont like complaining. Aside from that whenever Ive had an issue I have been able to get through to maintenance better than leaving a voicemail for a call back from the main number. But I understand it can be harder to to the fire. But thank you providing a safe space for me and my children.

Lady that rented apartment to me lat out lied about MANY things. I've ben charged DOUBLE on both deposit and rent for last 3 months. Several maintenance requests I submitted were canceled out but not completed, with no contact from anyone, no explanation whatsoever. Not allowed to open windows during cold season, even though I've not turned heat on since moving in, but we're absolutely ROASTING TO DEATH on 2nd floor. Will not allow use of air conditioners, no matter the temperature, until mid-April or something like that. Garbage everywhere around and inside building often. Building interior floors/stairways were not cleaned at all the last three months. There is little air movment theough the entire apartment and no ceiling fans. Upstairs neighbors sound like they're gonna break through my ceiling daily with all the loud running, jumping, and thumping. No doorbell for my apartment. Main entry is locked with no way to buzz guests up, so always having to go all the way downstairs to let them in, including packages and other deliveries (if they'll even call). And our two-bedroom apartment is way too small for comfort. If I weren't saving money by living here income-based, we deinitely would not be renting here!

8 love this place but the people who let other peopl2 just hang out in the hall is not cool!!!

I'm appreciative to finally be in our own home after being homeless for a year.
