I've lived here since 2015 I've never had any issues with maintenance requests noisy neighbors or disrespectful neighbors, century east 4 is a nice property to live at

ive never had any issues living here for the 10 years ive been here... maintenance is always respectful and timely and efficient... my neighbors and their kids are quiet. the place is close to grocery stores, and the theater so its nice to be close to so much.

ive lived in a property managed by valley rental for almost 10 years with no issues. ive never had an issue with them about any of my concerns or issues for maintenace.

ive had a fun and quiet experience living at century east 4, my time here since 2015 has been a fun experience for me. i live in a perfect location that alot of places are in walking distance of, the theatre for example, walmart, grocery stores and places to eat are all walking distance from my front door step.

The 3 buildings in our area get neglected. Garbage all over the ground ALL the time. I have a noisy neighbor but was told to keep calling police. They don't always get the reports so why do I bother calling in? I'm tired of sweeping so I can get into my garage. No one cares about the trash, it's just sad.
