Some of the residents have not respect for the other people who live in the building. Kids are screaming and stomping on the floors and in the hallways. Others can't respect the reserved parking spaces and park where they want.

The noise level in the apartment above me has been getting worse instead of better since the kids moved into Apartment 11. I have not talked to the tenants as I believe it will only make matters worse if I do it. People who have come to visit have noticed the noise when they are in the hall, so you know it loud. They keep with the quiet hours but just barely.

I have lived here for 15 years. I like the size of the apartment complex and that we have a garage and a parking place for each unit. I find the staff accommodating and helpful.
