Other thought . ..assignments of parking spaces
I have been living at countryside apartments for more than 20 years and have seen many changes. Some good, some not so good. I would love to see assigned parking space for AT LEAST one spot per resident spot. Also every other Saturday for 1/2 day the rent office open for business.

Over priced appts we complain of mold but nothing was ever done pest control fee a joke they dont even come apts need to be renovated everything is uneven having to pay a lot of money for rent we should be able to have free carpent cleaning instend of looking for a separate company ourselves
Complex Accommodations
I have lived in Countryside Villa since 2006 and have enjoyed the staff. Maintenance has been professional and accommodates my request. The noise level has increased over the years in which I believe stems from the children who lives in Pine Valley. I would like to see more security since we are not the complex on located on Countryside Drive.
