Pet limit 3 allowed. $150 pet fee for each additional pet. We are a pet-friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, rabbits and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Maximum 3 pets allowed (Max 2 Dogs) Pet fee: $250 one-time fee for the first pet, $150 one-time fee for each additional pet Pet rent: $25/ pet Max Weight: No weight limit **All pet fees, pet deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions. I truly enjoy our community. I have a great neighbors, and have made some new friends. The offce staff is exceptional!! The pool is awesome! The parking situation is just overwhelming. I’ve had to part two buildings down from my apartment simply because there was nowhere to park in my area. I also don’t understand why maintenance doesnt have to wash those windows over the french door, they ate real tall. As a resident there is no way of washing the windows because there is no water outside and it’s high up. The lawn needs to have real grass like the office has. Its like walking in a haystack in front of my apartment. This is my biggest complaint. The nastiness in the hallways, and it keeps getting worse. I would think that it could be pressured washed every 2 to 3 months.

I am satisfied with the decision to move to this location, and these apartments. Maintenance requests are attended to timely, and prioritized correctly. The office staff are friendly, but firm about the policies which helps maintain a higher standard of living for all. They do compromise when policy allows. Overall I am well satisfied.
