Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.  Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are also not permitted.     Pet Limit: 2  Pet Fee: $250 per pet Pet Rent: $20/per month for the first pet and $15/per month for the second pet Max Weight: No limit

We Love our Home

HBC has been nothing short of amazing. Our neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. The staff are terrific. Mackenzie has been the best, and our dog adores her. The location is perfect and we can walk to the beach from here. Cant wait to try to pool out when it warms up a bit. Almost everyone that lives here has a dog, so if you love dogs and the beach then HBC is the place for you.

Luxury Apartment Home.

I love the feeling of my luxury apartment home, wishing there was a lease to purchase option.
