Only criticism i would have overall is individuals not picking up after their animals. Ive almost stepped in poop multiple times.

There are definitely areas for the company to improve, to put it politely. Fireplace never worked, fan was fixed at 11th month of lease and I couldn't ever figure out the secret combination of moves to use the water hose in the back, aka the "car wash". I'm pretty sure I won't renew my lease.

I like being here but the landscaping people never blow the leaves away from our front or back door. So we tend to deal with leaves constantly coming into our house. Also, I was really hoping to use the pool over the summer but when the pool opened the weather became cooler. Other than that we have enjoyed our stay here.
