Our experience has been good so far,. However, electronically accessing various documents has been difficult at best. For this year's lease renewal, we have been repeatedly inconvenienced by the fact that the leasilng agent couldn't get our lease on line and yet kept inferring it was our fault. After three weeks, it has finally been provided. I just hope it concludes without further worry.

The first Office Manager was tough to work with but the new team is awesome. We signed a new lease because they are so great.

When moving in we were told utilities would be apart of the 2250.00, that is not the case and now we are paying more then expected

So far, nice and quiet, but had to get new free, ruined about $100 worth of food in a brand new frig, maintenance has been good with request.

I have had no issues with the application or move-in at all especially with a crunched time. For relocating for work it has been an amazing experience thus far except for the fact that I am confused on how to get into the portal to pay my rent I have a few concerns with the new property as well. .
