Parking is horrendous and maintenance is too slow
I have lived here for several years Dakoya has always been nice and respectful to me my only real issue is maintenance request do not get answered in a timely manner. The parking is bad but over here we get in where we can fit in

I have tried to get in touch with the property manager to ask about heating and the payment of rent and no one answers the phone

Parking is not good
Parking is an issue. One of the residents has 4 vehicles and they double park and block people in all the time
