I've lived here two plus years. It's been nice but a couple of improvements would be appreciated. Like the landscaping needs improvement more grass and less red mud. Also the outside windows could use a washing to remove spider webs and debris. Our building # 215 has nice and cordial people living in it which is a plus.

So far it has been great living at Parkview Apartments. The staff was awesome to communicate with and treated me so well during the process. It is in a great location to downtown, all the tenets I have came in contact with are nice, and overall just a great place to live especially during a transitioning time.
