It's cool here and all....but, for real, for real, nothing makes sense! My #1 complaint is that I am forced to pay $25 per month for a trash pickup service that is ABSOLUTELY a complete robbery and utter waste of money!!! It is evident that most people don't use it! I never have, the people I see in the elevators carrying their own trash down to the trash compactor clearly don't use it, and those few people that do are forced to endure trash outside of their apartments for days on end. It's a USELESS amenity!!!! Y'all...build a basketball court...no one is using the "play" area. Look out the window...No one is there save the occasional one...literally one...lonely little boy playing catch with his dad who is clearly hoping and praying for someone's kid to come to play with his kids so that he can go indoors or to the pool and enjoy his overly priced "apartment lifestyle" in peace. Build a basketball court. It's that obvious!!! Seriously, talk to me, make me a deal, I coach and teach, and will help you get some value out of the empty storefronts out back. Work with me and I'll work with you. Other than that, this place is really cool, as I feel very safe here. The general location (secluded from the general public) is nice. The location relative to the grocery store is nice. The dogs are cool, their owners, of course, suck. Clean up your dog's poop and stop letting them pee in the building. It's repugnant. Stop it. Be better. Ben and Jay are awesome.
