Osprey Cove

I moved because I needed warmer weather, and I enjoy the apartment because it is bigger than my last. The main problem is maintenance. My hot water smells like sulphur, but everytime I tell them about it they say "it's just well water". In actuality, the smell coming from the hot water is a presence of bacteria, and they don't want to pursue further. There are more problems, but they are very slow to act, or not at all.

Osprey Cove South grounds review

I have lived here 3 months. I like the quiet atmosphere. I do not like the bleeding through of noise from upper or surrounding units. Please fix the roads of the complex (pot holes) and the water drainage. Water tends to stand and flood in lower lying areas. Vehicle tires become engulfed in rising water. The standing water causes loss of tire pressure.
