Apartments are reasonably priced compared to others in the area. South Main is the nicest and largest apartment I’ve ever leased. We had to move quickly due to a mold and roach problem in the house we were renting. Dena at the leasing office helped us get into one of their available 2 beds right away and it was super helpful having the deposit waived for military as we knew it would take time for us to get our other deposit back. Maintenance here is friendly, helpful, and responsive. We were super lucky to get an apartment here as there are not many and it doesnt seem like they sit empty for very long.
