Apartment for about 4-5 years
about 400$ increase in 4 years with no change or upgrades, somewhat fair but could wish they set a price for long term ppl who pay on time.. When getting things fixed they try to be quick but sometime that means poor quality.
Needs Upgrades
It seems after obtaining one of the two remaining apartment rooms last year, I'm paying the same as someone with a refurbished apartment. The building is starting to show its 30-year age and not having upgraded equipment makes the living experience here average and it's tempting to look elsewhere as a result.
great office and maintenance personnel
They complex is nice. The buildings are well maintained and maintenance reports are always answered quickly. The neighborhood is relatively quite friendly. There is a grocery store across the street from us a well as a small shopping center.
Peaceful
I have been here since December and I have had a nice experience. Most neighbors are nice and friendly and some choose to be to themselves which is quiet alright. Only minor issues. Staff seems to respond as soon as possible. Only issue kitchen cabinets falling apart and glued back together and hard to open and close. Should be replaced. And paint on walled peels easily probably from so many coats. Something to address another day. Otherwise. I love it here
Crescent Oaks 2
I have lived here for 9&1/2 months now. The trash & recycling area is always unsightly and messy, it should be swept up occasionally as well as out of sight for those that are in the front of the building. With all the families that have recently moved in, there should be additional dumpsters & recycling bins. "Landscaping" is nonexistent. The mowers do not even pick up the droppings from the bushes when they "trim" them. Some of these bushes are dead. There are holes on the outside all over these buildings. It would be nice to have then filled in before the winter comes.
