The Cole Apartments

I have lived here since 2020 and The Cole has truly turned around to a great place to stay. When I moved in back in 2020 the management was all over the place and you could never get a hold of maintenance. These days the management is friendly and eager to answer questions and it never takes too long for maintenance to fix any issues I have, if I have any at all. I enjoy staying here and I feel safe.

It’s not worth it

Rent amount isnt worth the apartment. Maintenance is slow to come fix what you meed help with. Gym is subpar. Just because it was “remodeled” doesnt make it more profitable. People dont pick up after their dogs. Sure youre paying for a sexured complex but the gate has been broken for MONTHS.

Noise from neighbors above. Trash cans in the breezeway left out attracting flies and maintenance slow to respond to emergencies

The gate is always broken! The outside of the apartments needs to be pressure washed. Pest control needs to spray around the units!
