Best place mid city

While being in the middle of town can feel rushed this place has a park feeling. Surrounded by quiet homes but still close to a main vein of traffic, it has times it is noise prone, but nothing the whole city does not experience. I find the value is in the maintenance crew. They fix everything fast and are extremely nice and respectful of their tenants. As the owner told me, he knows they may own it, but its MY home.

Comfortable!

I've lived in this complex for nearly 25 years. The location is great. It's an easy distance to shopping and medical services. The area is quiet with mature trees and nice landscaping. Maintenance is readily available with convenient means of reporting any issues.

Morganton Arms

I have lived here for 22 years and I am hoping to stay here until I can't afford the rent any longer. The yearly rent increase of $100 a month is going to be unattainable soon because I am on a fixed income, and at 75 and handicappedI am unabletoincrease my income.. I appreciate the staff and their prompt response to issues such as maintenance corresponding with me to resolve issues.
