Residents are responsible for any damage to the interior or exterior of the apartment. Residents are responsible for any damage or waste from pet in common areas of the apartment community, and are required to obey all city, county, and state laws governing pets.  We do not accept any aggressive breeds: (Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pitt Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepard, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, or any mix thereof). All pets must be pre-approved by management. We reserve the right to decline any pet or breed.

Lived here over five years and am very satisfied with management and amenities wish there was reserved parking for more than one car but that's life
Pros and Cons
I have lived here for about 5 years now, and have my fill of good and bad neighbors, The amenities have not worked, and when I ask for help with maintenance they ignore me. It has mostly gotten worse since the new owners have taken over. It is not the staffs fault. The maintenance people are constantly changing. I do not have a pet, yet I have people walking their dog and standing in front of my apartment and leaving the dog poo for me to clean. I gave up complaining. I am a handicapped person and they did make sure I have a handicap sign. That was the best thing they ever did for me. I miss the old management company.

Lived here 6 yrs and have been very happy with the staff and maintenance, as well as the living space wish we had more parking arrangements but understand the reason not happy that the new management took away my limited discount and the 18 month discounted rent option
Autumn View is all in the Name
I have lived here now for 3 years. It is a transient population. We have military that move in and out. Sometimes it can be very noisy, but that is not the properties fault. Cars drive in with radios blaring, we have another apartment complex close by and they are always yelling and screaming. Not all neighbors are good neighbors. But for the most part, I really do like it here. I have a 3 minute commute to work. The maintenance staff is amazing. Love the office staff. The manager Ms. Venezuala is incredible. When they had issues with maintenance changing jobs and being sick, she came around and was fixing plumbing and doing all sorts of repairs for the requests people had placed. How many office managers do you know that would do that? In the fall, the trees are beautiful, and it really becomes and Autumn View.
Best Around Town!
It is two years I have lived here. I love how it is on a well-traveled part of Fayetteville, and yet I hear birds chirping in the morning. Best of both worlds. The staff is friendly, maintenance is responsive and quick to fix whatever needs attention. The property grounds are well maintained. The property's sidewalk paths make a great beginner walking challenge. The residents of the complex community run the gamut. Civilians, military families, single people, soldiers, military retirees and retired. Eclectic and friendly. The location is excellent for travel, from getting on Fort Bragg or to the mall and my favorite I95 or I87. Love how the cottages are part of Autumnview's history and then there is another part where there are three-story, balcony, or patio choices to live. All around, it is the best I have found to hang my hat and call home! No better endorsement than that one.
