Application fees $35

Pets allowed. A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications. The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit. Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds. Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit. A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit. Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

I like where I live. The only problem I have is the noise above me. And you can only use the amenities during office hours.

Yes I love my apartment and yes I would recommend Harbor Meadows to others As far as "NOISE" It has its moments, there was a time you could hear the 3rd floor on the 1st floor if you have never lived in apartment setting it is something to get use too especially if there are children above you. As far as the Amenities you can only get into the Cardio room,or computer room is when the office is open. Needs to be more or another place for at least 2 more charcoal grills and picnic tables for get togethers. Maybe even a basketball hoop for the kids to play { the older kids} Has anybody thought about a "Meet/to Greet in early spring to meet our neighbors? Would like to see some different Activities.
