We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at The Retreat at the Park.  Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 is required for each pet at move in. We have a two pet maximum. Pet rent is $25/month per pet. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. The very first day we walked in the clubhouse at Retreat at the Park was very welcoming. Wendy was the first person that greeted us with a warm welcome. It felt like I was at home already. Wendy was so sweet and caring to all her residents. I could tell she cares about her residents because she knows their name and they greet Wendy with a huge smile every time someone walk pass by her office. When we were talking to Wendy about the apartment, she gave us a very detailed information about it and she insisted on touring us the place. After we did all the touring, we were sold by the information that Windy gave us and she was straight to the point. We applied Friday and then Wendy approved and emailed us the very next day which was a Saturday morning. They were very efficient and quick with all their responses. Also, the day we requested for a maintenance, the maintenance guy came to our apartment the next early morning. I love how this apartment works. They are very productive and efficient with everything they do. I recommend anybody to live here!

Great except trash removal service. I leave every day for work at 6 and come back at 7 or 8. I received violations for trash when I leave can outside... I had a back surgery and am not taking trash out myself... Still have to pay both trash removal and those violation charges...
