I've lived here for about 6 months, we did have some issues with parking although we had the sticker and the car registered, we were still being told by maintenance that we cant park here but it was sorted out after a tough conversation. Otherwise, pretty good. I feel like its a well maintained building and I feel safe.

I enjoy living here, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, I believe the rent is high considering the amenities available. Also, in previous months, we've been notified multiple times about someone entering the apartment for various reasons, such as inspections, pest checks, checking smoke alarms, and reviewing the water systems. They lifted my bedding and couch covers while I was not in the apartment. I find this situation unpleasant, and it diminishes my overall enjoyment of living here.
