I have lived here for 4 years now, went through 4 different companies and i've definitely seen a decline in service quality as of late. We have a mouse problem that has been adressed but with no follow up, the shared spaces (hallways) are dirtier than they used to be, maintenance issues take a while to get addressed and are usually never followed through properly. Overall very dissapointed, i used to enjoy living in my unit, i don't really like it anymore.

Living here is fine. If you ever need to contact maintenance for any issue, goodluck! They will essentially tell you to deal with it yourself! If you have a pest issue they will tell you to go purchase some mouse traps yourself at HomeHardware while they wait for you to submit the online maintenace request. The maintenance staff will not offer to come to place traps themselves, but will ask you to purchase traps yourself and deal with the issue this building faces, instead of themself.
