Laundry is expensive and machines are poor quality.

While I have liked living here for the most part, the unit I am in is very outdated, the paint job throughout is poor, the floors and counters are not level, and the baseboard heaters constantly fall apart. The area is very nice, though. A generally safe and friendly community, with easy access to the rest of town. Parking is usually okay, but the snowplowing in the winter is not always effective. Sound proofing in the floors/ceilings is not very good at all, but I rarely hear the people on the same floor as me so the walls must be decent. Would love to have better laundry facilities, or the option of having in-unit laundry.
