Overall Nice

The property is nice. We like living here overall, however, when we moved in, it was clear that the place was not professionally cleaned. Stained walls and gunk on cabinetry, clogged drains, and dust build up under neath the fridge. The property manager kept denying my request to get it cleaned again. Noise is good. Elevator is sketchy and loud. The view is the best part.

Excellent property, very well kept. Quiet area. Quiet neighbour's. Great views of the bridger mountains. Really good location to get to stores, shops, restaurants etc. Would recommend to anyone to rent here.

Overall good place to live!

- Lived here for 1 year - Parking is difficult to find, there is a dirt bike that has been taking up a spot for weeks. Almost hit it with my car thinking it was an open spot - There is dog poop everywhere, which is a bummer because there are poop bag stations all over the place - Paying common amenities means i'll have to pay for anyone in the building taking long showers - It's not Roundhouse's fault, but no grills and no community grills is a huge impact on personal lives. A reflection of poor management by Legacy - The new maintenance seems a lot better than what we previously had. Used to have to email multiple times to get something addresses and it would take a very long time to get things fixed. We didn't have a microwave for 2 weeks when we moved in - Anne is super nice and communicative!
