My apartment was poorly fixed . Alot is broken and I've only been here a few weeks . It's very dark outside of the buildings .

There is not enough parking. The building I live in is covered in mold in the walls especially under the windows. There are too many parents that do not supervise their children. The location is nice and peaceful. The staff is always helpful, professional, and respectful. I don't believe that the unit we live in is worth what we're paying in rent.

I have lived here for a total of 10 years under two separate managements. I don’t have any major complaints and have been very happy here for the most part. The current management has been very prompt addressing my concerns and the maintenance staff are always prompt, friendly, and courteous. Im not crazy about the yearly rent increases as the cost of living on most jobs doesn’t match up with these rent hikes. I do like this area though and the fact that I feel safer here than other places I have lived. The noise level is low and management does not tolerate unruliness here which is a plus. Cameras have been installed around the property and police patrol frequently. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I have lived here for a total of nine years. I love the fact that its pretty quiet and the management responds quickly when there are any negative issues that may affect us tenants. I love the fact that any time that I have had to contact maintenance they come quickly and resolve my problem effectively. The only negative I have is the amount of the yearly rent increases. I have gotten some really nice new kitchen appliances and new flooring which I love. There are a few other renovations that I feel are needed after nine years of living here, but all in all I am very satisfied with my living experience here at The Trace.
