The Veranda Apartments

Veranda Apartments has been my favorite place that I have lived at in the past 5 years. The property is well maintained and management is always prompt and polite. Maintenance is also prompt with responding and carrying out requests. The Bellhaven neighborhood is also quiet and a great place to walk your dog or just take a walk. The New Stage theatre is within walking distance as is the college along with a few restaurants and recreation areas.

Enjoy the secure parking and communal laundry. Nice location near Belhaven U. with quick I-55 access. Quiet and polite neighbors. Would recommend.

This place is very peaceful, welcoming, and quite. The building definitely need some TLC with the ceilings of the building peeling and the stair ways being covered in spider webs and debry being the only thing i see on the outside needing some renovations. Also if there was a smaller community trash can for the elder people in my building would be a great thing to invest in. Having to watch an older man walk across a bridge and barley be able to make it really does break someones heart. If you are willing to do so that would be lovely to know you care and are willing to go the extra mile for your tenants.
