A change is needed!

It was ok when I first moved in… The last 2 years have really been difficult, because of the noise and the Trash is Ridiclous !! People just throw their trash on the ground, Some people dont make it to the dumpster , they put trash on side of buildings ..it’s embarrassing to have company !
