This area is secluded and well kept. This staff here are terrific. I moved here from The Reserves os Byram back in January of 2018 so my child could start his education here. My neighbors have generally been quite pleasant to get along with. Anytime I may have a need for maintenance, they have been extremely swift and helpful. Parking is never an issue, and having a dog park in the community has been a big plus. It's always been a pretty safe environment. The amenities are very nice, well maintained, and utilized by many. One other caveat is the community events often held here for the residents, and the neat giveaways from companies like Xfinity, AT&T U-verse, Chick-Fil-A and other local vendors. One recent Saturday morning, I was fortunate enough to be the first resident to visit a local vendor in front of the leasing office, and received a free Roku device!

Need changes
Unfortunately lots of repairs are not being done. For the rent we pay, the parking lots have big holes and no one picks up trash
