My family and I enjoy living here. Nice location reasonable price

My time here has been genuinely nice. However, the rent does not match the property. Currently, my rent is 745.00$ per month and is supposed to increase to 795.00$ by the time we renew our lease come August. To be frank, if it was around 650.00$ or even just 700 it would be more reasonable. Thank God I don't live alone because if I did I would be surviving not living.

maintenance calls should be handled in a timely manner my room lights is still broken & my dish washer is doesnt work

Not enough parking near the outer gate. Vehicles around that hasn't been moved in months that needs to be moved.

I have lived here for some years. The buildings are aging ungracefully but the current crew is terrific and is trying their best to catch up/ get ahead. There's been years of deferred maintenance but I do see an improvement.

I love living at Andrews Apartment, it's clean, quiet and working from home that is very important. The grounds are clean and maintenance okay. I also enjoy bthat there's a lot of parking space. The only downfall is that there is no washer and dryer port in the apartment, vuy they do have a laundry room on the apartment complex.
