Great maintenance personnel

A bit expensive for small gym and a pool. Fun events like ice cream giveaways etc about 2-3x year unlike other apartment complex who offer free painting class and a huge gym. Apartment is well managed. Good experience except for my neighbor living one floor higher than me who's so noisy with so much dragging furnitures and appliances and stumping of feet especially after 12midnight! So annoying that's why I am leaving.

Outstanding location and extraordinary personnel in the office. The apartments have a lot of great upgrades sucn as stainless appliamces, marble countertops, ceiling fans, high ceilings, walk-in closet, lever door handles, curved shower curtain rod, and many other upgrades too mumerous to mention.
