Upstairs tenant stomps very hard. Maintenance is very nice but they enters home without notice or approval.

I moved into Trace apartments end of July, 2024. While, it has only been a few weeks- I have loved every second of being here. The property staff are quick for any questions and are very helpful. Assisted me with anything and everything I have needed so far. The amenities are amazing and really make it worth it to be here. The neighbors are so nice! I have not met anybody that was unpleasant so far! I truly feel at home here. The location of the property is amazing (for me) as my job is only 4 minutes away + its close to shopping places and food as well. Very very convenient. Hoping to be a long term resident here & cant wait to see what the future holds for us. :)

Amazing Apartment Complex!

I have lived at The Trace for a little over two years. All of the staff, from leasing/management to maintenance are extremely helpful and kind. Maintenance requests are taken care of in an extremely timely manner and always with a smile! Noise from other residents is hard to hear and kept to a minimum with the exception of the occasional noise from dogs (pet-friendly complex!). The amenities are great, there is a wonderful and spacious dog park, a good sized pool with fire-pits for easy hang-out access for yourself and other residents. The gym is well-kept and has a good variety of both cardio and strength training equipment. Overall, I have loved living at the Trace for the last two years! I work in downtown STL and coach in Chesterfield, the location was perfect. Right next to Highway 40, but far enough to where you won't hear the noise of traffic. Anything that you could need from groceries to fast food, shopping and restaurants were an easy 10 minute drive down either 94 or Highway 40. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a great apartment complex!
