Above average

Good neighbors, good response by manager to client needs. I like the location. One major property problem: a ditch which originated 2 years ago when a brick wall was taken down. Still in process of repair, the construction materials and process has decreased the number of parking spaces, and creates a safety hazard. Residents, including this writer, do not understand the delay.
