RENT KEEP GOING UP! NOT FAIR TO TENANTS! PLEASE UPDATE THE APPLIANCES! SOME APARTMENTS HAVE STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, ONCE AGAIN NOT FAIR TO TENANTS! BATHTUBS ARE DISCOLORED THE SINK IS WHITE AND THE BATHTUBS ARE YELLOW AND NO MATTER AS TO HIW MNANY TIMES IT HAS BEEN PAINTED OVER IT ONLY LAST FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. ERIN & JIMMY ARE AWESOME

I have lived hear for 5 years and at first it was rough in regards to some deviant activities that had occurred. But, now things are Great. Good Management, and the Maintenance crew is Awesome. ??

Erin is wonderful! Buildings need to be power washed. Appliances need to be updated!!! Crumbling bricks at door entrances look pretty bad. Entrance doors should have fobs to enter.
