This place is a hidden gem. They have updated and converted a prior hotel into efficiency apartments. The location is great! They also have a utilities package that makes your monthly payment include everything!

My family and I have been staying here four years sense before they switched over to apartments from an extended stay. At first it was a little rough, but the staff got it all together. I would like for the pool to be ready Memorial Day weekend and Maintenace request after hours be more dependable. I love that the utilities are included in the rent. The deposit is very reasonable. the staff is great, and the neighbors are respectful. I would also like to see more things for kids to do. We planning to live here for a while.
