Great Living Space

I moved-in August of 2023 and I love my apartment. When I had maintenance concerns, they were addressed as quickly as they could. It is easy to get in contact with and get assisted by the office staff, they are awesome! I love the events and Lu is great! Thanks for all you do in our neighborhood!

So far so good

I have been living here for a couple weeks now and my experience has been great so far. I am used to having issues with property management so I came into this kind of situation expecting issues but I have been pleasantly surprised. Xander has been so awesome about communicating things and I feel like I can count on the management here. I’ve already had something resolved super quick and everyone has been very friendly. The property is well kept and the facilities look nice. Neighbors seem to kind of keep to themselves which is fine. Everyone seems very respectful of their neighbors and the property they live on. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or family member if they are looking for an apartment that is in a great location that they won’t have to pay the higher price for.

The District is a wonderful place to live at a very reasonable price. The apartments provide exactly what I need and the staff is very helpful. It is also in a great location with a lot of great things to do!
