Good Bang For Your Buck In Saint Joseph
Moved here about a year ago and this is by far much better than the last place I stayed at. The staff works hard to keep the place clean and is very responsive to emails. Neighbors are friendly for the most part.

I have being living in these appointments since 2017 and never had a problem with the administration, despite some current interruptions du seasons,but in all, Cottonwood is secured and good resident. I really appreciate the management.
Apartment life
It's my first time living in an apartment. The staff are very friendly and when placing a work order, it's always been completed in a timely manner.
Overall
Overall a good place to live. Not too much to complain about, it is apartment living. Office staff has always been accommodating and friendly every time I have been in there and we are getting ready to renew our lease. We will probably be here for a while.
