Pretty good
The place is pretty good. The appliances and stuff are out of date. The staff are helpful, professional, and supportive. Maintenance comes quickly. The rent is a little high for me for how out of date the stuff is.

Greens Apartments
So far I’ve experienced nice quiet neighbors, accessible amenities that are very well kept up, a great community of kids my sons age, pet friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, and the landscape is well kept and always improving. Ive only lived just shy of 1 year and honestly couldnt ask for a better place to live on the north side of Springfield. Its just down the road from the lake! And dont even get me started on how much my husband loves the beautiful golf course thats available, right there, staring him in the eyes, every time he drives by. Haha thats what he says. So over all this place is great for our little family and we are very pleased .
