It has been a struggle to find a reasonable manager and not sleezy maintenance. Yes it might be a good area to live but the neighbors are drug dealers and the cops are usually here weekly.

I am okay with living here. You get what you pay for.

I lived here for a year, I liked some of my neighbors while others were noisy and annoying, even if they stayed for a while. While it doesn't offer any particularly standout features, it also doesn't have any major drawbacks that would make me hesitate to recommend it. The amenities here are pretty standard for a mid-range apartment complex. Washer and dryer inside the townhouses and common laundry for the apartments. There's a decent-sized pool. Maintenance here is generally good. Any issues I've had have been addressed in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and responsive. That said, there have been a few instances where things haven't been fixed on the first try, so don't expect perfection. Parking space is sufficient, but not abundant, I could say some are very tight so be careful with scratches and you may have to park a bit further away from your door if you arrive home during peak times. Overall, I would say that this apartment complex is an okay choice for those who are looking for an average experience. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of some more expensive complexes, it also won't break the bank due to water, trash and high-speed internet is included in the rent.
