Deeswood Village

I lived in one of the townhouse units while i was in colege. It was fantastic! I especially liked the attached covered parking that was connected directly to the unit. If i were moving back to Springfield and looking for a rental init, this would decinately be at the top of my list.

You can hear everything that happens around you from the leave crunching on the ground out side to any domestic dispute, which happens often.

There is little to none communication or response of maintenance requests. I have not had any longevity of a landlord/property manager and issues I've requested repair of were not acknowledged, resulting in loss and additional costs not agreed to in my lease. After hour maintenance is not a valid number. Maintenance has not addressed any of my repairs in a timely fashion, nor at all. I plan to continue my lease due to the confidence of the location and the district schoolmy child has been attending.

Quiet secluded but also near everything you could need

All is usually quiet on my street.

It’s been very peaceful, and staff is helpful
