Very nice people at Chateau 3, LLC. I needed a short-term rental and they were willing to work with me on a month-to-month lease instead of locking me into a longer term. The rental house was clean and had some fresh paint in a few rooms. I really appreciate having all appliances provided in the rental house - refrigerator, stove, microwave/range hood, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer. The house is all electric (all appliances plus furnace, air conditioner and water heater). I was also pleased to find out that the house is already wired for cable internet and TV, so that installation was a breeze - - and you have your choice of service providers (Mediacom, AT&T and CenturyLink); and if you prefer satellite/dish service, that is available too. An extra perk I was happy to get is having Chateau 3 mow the lawn for me. There are plenty of local companies offering garbage service in this neighborhood; a short walk up and down the street and I found 7 different companies with their bins at my neighbors houses; Ozark Refuse was my choice for their low price and no-hassle short-term arrangement. Overall, I am very pleased with all aspects of this rental property and would highly recommend Chateau 3, LLC to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to rent from.
