I lived here for about half a year. I like the location near the Wustl and my neighbors, but the poor sound insulation and the old facilities make me troubled.

Live for around two years. The equipments like the cold AC, food processor, etc are not very good

I like this place because it is convenient but the equipment is old and fewer staff are coming to fix it. It is nearby the Washu and a lot of stores.

When I move here the AC have broken for 4 TIMES in 2 MONTH. When I call the maintance, it takes around 2 WEEKS to get fixed. BUT NO ONE COME AND FIX IT!

Waterman Blvd was an ideal first apartment for my daughter. It felt safe, close to campus, and the park. The apartment itself was spacious and had tons of natural light. Management was attentive and always there to answer questions or to help out. Thanks for the last two years!
