I had a 9-month short term lease and I loved the apartments. The staff is really nice, and the maintenance was prompt and professional. They provide social events for tenants and keep you well informed with a monthly newsletter. Well lighted and grounds kept clean. Very quiet and I never could hear next door neighbors. I had not lived in an apartment in over 25 years, so I was worried - but my experience was WoW!! Thanks Stephanie and staff.

I've been a resident since July 2025, and living here has exceeded my expectations. The staff provides outstanding service--professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Maintenance is efficient and courteous, ensuring every detail is well cared for. The monthly community events foster a refined yet friendly atmosphere, and the spacious home design -- with a two-car garage, two full baths, and dual walk-in closets (depending on the model)--offers both luxury and comfort. This community truly defines elevated living. I LOVE IT HERE!
