I've lived here 4 months. I picked this complex because of location and it has what I need. Maintenance people are excellent and respond immediately. There isn't anything fancy as this is an older complex. I.e. no sprayer in the kitchen sink for your dishes. The dishwasher is subpar but the fridge and oven are good quality. The units do NOT come with a microwave. There is one ceiling fan in the unit located in the dining area. I have a one bedroom approx, 730 sq feet. I like the size and there's plenty of storage. There is vinyl flooring throughout except the bedroom which has carpet. The counter tops are entry level and not durable. The cabinets are oak and look nice. The bathroom is less than a wingspan across from the wall to the tub with the toilet in between that space. Noise can be heard from the neighbors in the building--dogs barking, beds squeaking. I do like the simplicity of where I live and the price is right. It would be very nice if they would replace the washers as only 3 of the 7 work at this time. The laundry room needs to have more routine cleanings as it is always in need of a wipe down or floor cleaning. There's an app to down load and scan to do laundry instead of using change which is very nice. It tells me which machines are open and when my laundry is done. The neighbors are nice and the price is right.

Apts here is ok but not great

Lived here for 3 year's The carpet is falling apart and needs to be replaced. The apartment needs painting.

Our experience has been fine the last 3 years living here The outside is very nice as they keep the grounds maintained. Our apartment has a a lot of noise above us. Nothing more.
