Great place for family
I have lived here for almost 2 years. Neighbors are kind and courteous. Complex is quiet and maintenance is prompt.
Very nice apartments
These are very nice apartments maintenance is great they're there when you need them there's a great pool and there's no issues and it's quiet here I love it

Overall a nice place to live maintain maintenance is very efficient and good there's no problems in this building never never a fight or never nothing everyone gets along I only have one problem is with the pool because they think that you hold on to get up for us older people are is loose and it needs to be fixed but that's the only thing other than that everything is great
Savannah Ridge Apartments
I have lived at Savannah Ridge Apartments for 9 years. I asked to get touch up painting for my apartment twice and was told that I will be scheduled when the painter is available. This happened before the pandemic. I still need my apartment to be touched up. Is that service available? Also, I need my carpeting touched up to. It is unraveling at the trim in the kitchen area. I do love the location of my apartment. I like the pool area, and it is kept clean.
