Nice but...

It's pretty nice living here but the rent is starting to outpace us. In the 2 years we've lived here our rent has increased almost $200 per month but nothing has changed to warrent that. The gym was shut down for months due to burst pipes and I still have a gouge in my carpet that they said they would hire a contractor to fix.
