Its a pleasure to be able to rent a new build home. Moving here from out of state, this was the perfect ttansitional solution to give us time to find a home and area to purchase a home. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, the houses are cute and stylish. 10/10.

We are going on a year in December, very much like the home and amentities..only bad thing is the yard we have been told since February would be fixed and the bushes they planted and grass layed in winter and did not grow, most the yard is dead with dead bushes. Everything else is great

We moved into the eagle ridge neighborhood about a year ago and it has been a great experience. Maintenance has been prompt and very helpful, the staff has been great, and overall the neighborhood has a great suburban family feel to it. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
