Impossible to reach the office or get a call back! Maintenance takes weeks or months! Like the location and home but built cheap, sides already peeling from paint indicant to foundation problems, Love the lawn service and neighbors! Overall, we love it here. Just wish we could get phone calls back from the office and maintenance out quicker.

The property management is team is a freaking joke. They never answer the phone and when they return your call they feel the need to send and email when an actual call back was requested.

Have lived here 1.5 years. Plan on living here as long as I can. My only complaint is that I have problem geting maintence when needed. Right now my smoke detector keeps going off every other day. I have replaced the batteries, but that has not helped. I think the unit is defective. would like someone to look at it. PLEASE.
