Great place to live

Amazing people that staff the place, neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance is very efficient, and quick to resolve the issue. Complex is decently clean. The rent is a bit high for the unit size... other than that i love living here.

Parking is terrible

Maintenance is always quick and friendly. Office workers are short and cold with interactions. Parking is absolutely terrible. The parking lot has holes that are never repaired. Most parking places risk damage to your car with either large nuts or pine tar falling onto your vehicle from overhanging trees.
