I've lived here 38 years. Like living here but since Pepper Pike took over it's been BAD! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I can honestly say it is well deserved!

Need to get pool fixed. The laundry room was accessible for like 6 months but fine now. They replaced all the balcony's and painted the outside of all buildings
