I live upstairs and even though i didnt request it, i think it was the best choice. Downstairs neighbors complain a lot. These are affordable, up to date, very reasonable units for families with limited accessibility. Schools are the most recently established in town, lots of kids in the neighborhood- which we love! Office staff is friendly and maintenance is attentive, though not necessarily accomodating. Theyll enter your unit without calling, no appointment, and no notice of having completed a sevice call except physical evidence of their presence and usually a full week notice for regularly scheduled maintenance. Even when i asked them to call me so i could come home and lock up the cat, i didnt even get an email and i was not particularly impressed with the work. Still, its cheap, close to local resources, suitable for families of all sizes and styles, and the amenities are honestly unmatched in the area. You can tell management is working really hard to give tenants the best value possible.
