Forest Court Apartments

Great location and value for your money.

I've asked them to fix several things in my apartment including a moldy wall. They kind of fix things but they go back to being broken right away. They won't respond to my request to have the mold removed. Im starting to have health issues associated with mold exposure. The electric is faulty and they also refuse to respond to my requests to have it fixed. I can't run my air conditioner and the stove at the same time. Other tenants say they never fix anything and just put bandaids on things to just get by. If you don't mind having a place where most things are broken, this place has a great location. The neighbors are great. It's also quite cheap for the neighborhood. I guess you get what you pay for.

This apartment is located in a top-tier community next to the hottest restaurants in the county, coupled with beautiful city parks and with Forest Park just down Wydown, and only a 2 minute drive from the county's financial district. I have lived here for over a year and it is the best community I have lived in to-date. My apartment is within walking distance of many businesses, restaurants, and events where I could enjoy my time, especially on the patio. For the price of my apartment, it is an incredible deal!
