Way to much noise, every evening and weekends, comes from opposite side half way up.

There has been a consistent problem with parking the last year and a half. Even when it has been reported (multiple times), there has not been any change. It does get frustrating when visitors of neighbors 4-7 days a week take assigned parking. It's not a big deal until multiple units do the same thing, and there is no parking for rent paying tenants. We have even confronted neighbors ourselves (respectfully) about parking sideways behind our vehicles when we are trying to leave, and are blocked in. Noise on the weekends and holidays has been the only other thorn in the side when music and screaming continue through 4AM. Overall, we really enjoy the area, apartment, and majority of the neighbors, I would like to see more consideration from them and for a conversation to be had. Every time I have confronted them myself (Parking or Noise), they have complied. It continues to happen, so there is no fixing from a neighbor perspective. Lastly, I'll say that maintenance has been incredible to us with any issues or concerns. Thanks,

Rent is going up, neighbors getting away with what they want to is getting really really bad, need to start getting the long-term renters apartments up to date rather than just band dating them. Starting to not be a good place to live.

Golden Oaks is a great community to live in. We have lived here 2 years and signing up for year 3. What I like most is that you have a numbered parking spot in front of your apt. Golden Oaks 2 bedroom Apts are very spacious and we also love living here because the manager is wonderful! :)
